Return policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

Unopened and sealed: The manufacturer’s original seal and our security seal must be completely intact.

Within 7 days of delivery: You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 calendar days of receiving the package.

You are not entitled to a refund if:

Incorrect address: You have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Uncollected package: You have not collected the package from your local post office or customs within the storage period.

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If you received a damaged product or the wrong chemical, please request a return. Contact us with the subject line: “DAMAGED RC – [Order Number]”.

Please include a video of yourself holding the unopened packaging.

Solution: We will resend the correct item or issue you a credit note (valid for 30 days). Cash payouts for dmtcartgems are rare due to the volatility of payment processing. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original crypto wallet or payment method, less a 10% processing and verification fee.

How to request a return

Step 1: Do not send anything back. Contact us by email.

Step 2: You will receive an RMA number and a certificate of destruction.

Step 3: If necessary, you will have to return unopened items t(DHL/FedEx standard shipping only).

Step 4: After receiving (if a return is necessary) and verifying that the seal is intact, we will refund the purchase price less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Note: For security reasons and to comply with legal regulations, we reserve the right to instruct you to quarantine the item and document its secure destruction via video instead of returning it. You must send us the video proof of destruction to receive a refund.

6. Refunds (Processing Time)
Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/Ethereum): Processing within 3 business days. Network fees will be deducted from the refund.

Cashapp, Apple pay and Paypal: Up to 5 working days.

7. Shipping costs
The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the event of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (unless the error was ours – the wrong item was sent).
